Disappointing

It looks like 'vegan leather' all over online, but it's not. It's canvas for the majority of the bag, which I think is pretty poor for the price. I can't return it either as I bought it on sale.

Hello Celia, we are sorry to hear that you thought the Freddie Bag was made in full with vegan leather. The description of the bag online specifies that it is made from a combination of vegan leather and polyester and the photos show the bag at different angles so that one may see the fabric used. The colour of the vegan leather and polyester are closely matched so perhaps when looking at the photos on a small screen, such as a phone, you did not realise? We are sorry to hear that you had this experience. In any case, Babymel does offer a full refund on orders including bags on sale if the product has not been used and the tags have not been removed.
